Accurate, tough and economic gauges for permanent installation across air system filters to indicate necessary cleaning or replacement

Manufactured from solid acrylic block with high accuracy drillings that give an indicating column of good resolution. An overpressure chamber is included to help prevent fluid loss. The units are supplied as a complete kit of gauge, fixing screws, tubing, filling funnel and duct connectors.

Two inclined models (ST1 .5 and ST4) of the same physical dimensions are available. The ST4 is filled with a heavy inert fluid SG 1.99 to give a compact inclined gauge with a higher pressure range. An alternative is the ST4B, which is an upright model covering the same pressure range but using standard SG 0.8 red fluid rather than the relatively expensive SG 1.99.
Models are dual scaled, inches water gauge and pascals to avoid unnecessary scale changes. For easy zero adjustment the reservoir seal can be screwed in or out to align the fluid column with the scale zero mark. Gauges are supplied ready filled.
Although very competitively priced, these gauges are more robust and of higher quality than many other instruments used in this application.
For quantities of 50 and above, customer logos can be incorporated at no extra cost.

In addition to the standard instruments listed above we produce special units to meet specific customer requirements. Some examples are: Very low range gauges e.g. 0-50 Pa with built-in spirit level for clean room applications and upright units for higher pressure drops e.g. 0-2500 Pa.
