Data Protection at Poddymeter

Statement of Policy 

With regard to the updated General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) May 2018 and The Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018, please be informed that we hold business details, personal data and email addresses via our business IT systems.
We will only hold & store the data that you have provided, eg. A contact name, billing/ delivery address and contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers. We hold this data so we can continue to offer our services to your company. It is your right to request access to your details, with the option of deletion or alteration, at any time. 

Please note that your data is used by our delivery service to ensure your orders arrive at the correct location and are addressed to the correct person. Our staff at Poddymeter may also use this information for internal processing. We will not pass on your details to any other companies or third parties without permission from your company. Only personnel whose job function is to use the stored data have access to any such data.

Poddymeter Data Protection Policy, which ensures security of data, is reviewed and updated constantly. 

Although your information will be held while we continue to provide you with services, this will only be retained for the stipulated legislative minimum requirement as outlined in relevant Government standards. 
It is presumed that you accept us holding this information and no further action is required. If you should have any further queries then please email us at: poddy.ltd@virgin.net, or should you wish us to not hold your information, then please provide us with written confirmation sent to the aforementioned email address. 

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the GDPR or DPA with regard to your data.
